Staggered Payment

This option has to date proven the most popular with SJP Practices. You are provided with a fully managed recruitment service with three equal payments at various stages.

Courtney Recruitment will carry out the entire recruitment process on your behalf, from beginning to end, as detailed on the home page.

Outline of payment model

Fee for placements will be 15% of the employee’s starting salary

Fees are payable in three instalments:

• 1/3 of fee on acceptance of terms and conditions and instruction
to commence recruitment process

• 1/3 of fee of presentation of the initial shortlist of candidates to the practice

• 1/3 of fee on the new employee’s first day with the company

*Note – We will repeat the process of identifying & presenting to you a shortlist of suitable candidates up to 2 further times if you opt not to appoint from shortlist
